At Champions Coaching Academy, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through
our programs and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a
refund request is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
   ● Withdrawal before Course Start Date: A full refund will be provided if the student
   cancels their enrollment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the
   course.
   ● Partial Refund for Late Withdrawal: If a student cancels their enrollment less than
   7 days but more than 48 hours before the course start date, a refund of 50% will be
   provided.
   ● No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: No refund will be provided for
   cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date of the course.
2. Refunds for Online/Virtual Courses
   ● Pre-Course Refunds: Students who request a refund at least 7 days before the
   course begins will be eligible for a full refund.
   ● Technical Issues: If a student experiences technical difficulties that prevent them
   from accessing the course, they must notify us within the first 48 hours of the course
   start date. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued on a
   case-by-case basis.
   ● Non-Completion of Courses: Refunds are not available for students who have
   accessed course materials but choose not to complete the course.
3. Refunds for Services (e.g., Coaching Sessions, Consulting)
   ● Cancellation by the Academy: If Champions Coaching Academy cancels a course,
   coaching session, or consulting service, a full refund will be provided.
   ● Client-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds for services will only be issued if the
   cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations
   made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Request Process
   To request a refund:
   • Submit a written request to our support team at
     support@championscoachingacademy.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
   • Include your full name, the course or service you are enrolled in, and the reason for
     your refund request.
   • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request approval.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
   ● Any materials or downloadable content provided before the cancellation request even
   when submitted will not be refundable.
   ● Application and registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
   We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to participate in
   a course or service due to medical emergencies, bereavement, or other serious situations,
   please contact our support team. Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-
   case basis.
