Clients hire you to be efficient. Managing spreadsheets, designing professional graphics, and handling complex project management software is much faster and easier on a computer.

• Our Advice: If you don’t have one yet, don’t let it stop you from learning. You can start the course on your phone, learn the theory, and make it your first goal to buy a laptop with your initial earnings or savings.

2. “I work a 9-to-5 (or I’m a Corper). Do I have time for this?”

The Answer: Absolutely. That is the beauty of this career. Remote work is rarely about “clocking in” at 8:00 AM. It is about deadlines.
