At Champions Coaching Academy, we are committed to providing a seamless learning
experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to
cancel your course enrollment or subscription. This policy outlines the procedures and any
associated fees for cancellations.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
   1.1 Cancellation Requests
   ● All course cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to
   support@championscoachingacademy.com
   ● The request should include your full name, course title, and reason for
   cancellation.
   1.2 Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds
   ● 14+ days before course start date: Full refund of the course fee, minus a 10%
   processing fee.
   ● 7-13 days before course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
   ● Less than 7 days before course start date: No refund will be issued.
   ● After course start date: No refund will be issued, and full payment is required.
   1.3 Course Rescheduling
   ● If you cannot attend a course but would like to reschedule, you may transfer your
   enrollment to a future course date, provided the request is made at least 7 days
   before the original course start date. A rescheduling fee of 5% of the course fee will
   apply.
   ● Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course start date will be considered
   on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and an additional 10% fee.
2. Subscription Services Cancellation
   2.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions
   ● Subscriptions to any of our recurring services (e.g., access to online resources,
   coaching programs etc) can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to
   support@championscoachingacademy.com
   ● Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing
   cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
   2.2 Refunds for Subscription Services
   ● No refunds will be issued for partial use of subscription services within a billing
   period.
   ● If a refund is requested due to service issues, Champions Coaching Academy will
   evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Course Cancellations by Champions Coaching Academy
   ● Champions Coaching Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any
   course due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or instructor
   availability. In such cases:
   ○ You will be notified via email at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
   ○ You may choose to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund of
   the course fee.
4. Exceptions
   In rare circumstances such as medical emergencies or other extenuating situations, refunds
   or rescheduling options may be granted at the discretion of the Academy’s management
   team. Proof of the situation (e.g., medical report) may be required.
