She is the is the founder and CEO of Champions Coaching Academy USA and Champions Coaching Academy, Nigeria and the Principal Consultant at RiteBridge Consulting USA.

With a solid background in environmental technology and a PRINCE2 certification, Uko brings a structured process-driven approach to managing and delivering projects on time within scope and budget.
Throughout his career, Uko has demonstrated a passion for driving operational efficiency and delivering results, leveraging his ability to navigate complex project environments and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. His experience spans across various industries, where he has consistently applied best practices in project management to optimize performance, streamline processes, and ensure the successful completion of initiatives.

Pharm Nkabono Nglass is a distinguished Life Coach and Mentor, renowned for his expertise in Interpersonal Relationships, Personal Development, and Business Strategies. He has a wealth of experience garnered from multinational corporations and non-profit organisations.
An alumnus of the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK, Nkabono holds an Executive Master in Business Administration.
As the Lead Consultant of MenMi Consulting Services, Nkabono is dedicated to promoting personal development among young people. He is also the MD/CEO of MenMi Integrated Services.

Imo Etuknwa is a dynamic professional currently serving as both a Social Media Manager intern and Personal Assistant to the CEO at Champions Coaching Academy.

With a degree in History and International Studies, she brings a strong foundation of research and analytical skills to her work. Imo is highly proficient in inbox management, calendar coordination, appointment setting, data entry, and travel arrangements. she excels in conducting research and delivering engaging presentations
